How do I order custom plans for my project?We love helping our customers create their perfect project! We offer full service architectural plans starting at $75. To request your custom project plans click the following link to fill out our form or reach out to us at sales@snapfence.com.

Depending on your project idea we may recommend having some or all of the following information ready: overall dimensions, a photo of the installation area, a rough sketch of your idea, or a link to the project inspiration. The more information you share with us the better!

Assembly Assistance

Yay! You are ready to complete your own custom SnapFence® project! Here are some helpful hints to ensure you have the best experience possible. Many of our projects require no tools at all (if you received custom project plans any recommended tools will be noted). Here are the most common tools used and how to determine if you will need them:

Need a custom size? Use a hand or electric saw to easily cut posts & rails to your desired size.

Our posts & rails come in many conveniant sizes, but if your project requires custom lengths or heights you will need a hand saw or power saw to cut them.

Most projects only require a rubber mallet or hammer to complete.

Our patented components are designed to snap together! A hammer or mallet will be needed if you are using ground anchor stakes to secure your project.

To assemble your fencing project use a drill to secure the self tapping screws.

A drill is recommended for any projects using our self-tapping screws. It will also be a necessary tool for any projects installing base mounts on concrete.

Shipping & Returns

When can I expect my order?Our standard shipping time is 3-5 business days. Once your order is shipped a tracking number will be sent to you via the email you provided at checkout. You can also login to your account on www.snapfence.com to check the status of your order or contact us via phone, email or live chat for more detailed information.

Where do you ship?We currently ship to the U.S., Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and military APO/DPO/FPO addresses. We also offer international shipping to customers in Canada.

What does shipping cost?We proudly offer free shipping on as many of our items as possible. However, shipping will apply to some of our products. To calculate the cost of shipping, simply click on your cart and enter your zip code in the checkout form and a shipping cost will be automatically calculated for you. For additional help feel free to contact us and we can provide you with a shipping quote directly. Be sure to join our newsletter to be informed of free shipping promotions!

What is your return policy? We have a 30 day return policy for items that are in new, unused condition. This policy does not apply to Gift Cards. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. A proof of purchase is required for returns and exchanges.
